Instant "PUSH" and "PULL" of Requirements and Opportunities

The SAW founders built an initial GMM network infrastructure of 300 people. This network is being added to daily by a rigorous nomination and qualification process. Network members include:

  • "C" and VP level executives in service providers, and enterprise accounts around the world
  • Technologists
  • Ministry and governmental contacts
  • Educators
  • Financial sources (VC's, private and fund managers)
  • Global and local agents
  • Distributors
  • System integrators
  • Partners
  • Suppliers
  • Consultants

These first generation contacts are trusted, experienced, and productive professionals at various levels, in various countries. The "secret sauce" of the SAW business model is how these unconnected professionals will collaborate once given an important personal enhancement and productivity tool.

In addition to a centralized core of business, technology, marketing, and service resources, SAW has managers and employees in each key market around the world. They are in the business of proactively maintaining, nurturing, and expanding close working relationships with the GMM community. These relationships lay the foundation for the proprietary Global Match Matrix™ (GMM).

Through the GMM, SAW:

    · Quickly delivers or "PUSHES" new technologies to enterprise and service provider markets · Is attuned and adaptable to customer procurement requirements · Assesses new product or services against tangible customer requirements and determines the best markets for fast turn-around sales cycles. · Understands the competitive landscape · Engages appropriate partners with capabilities key to avoiding wasted time, resources and money

SAW manages the distributed GMM network through a proprietary toolkit called Alliance Central. This comprehensive system enables SAW to communicate on an immediate basis with its worldwide network of employees and partners for the distribution of information. SAW is in the knowledge management business and has developed a set of best of class tools and a centralized database to provide various levels of data mining. SAW can tap into a global network of existing and future opportunities.

SCOUT

Another powerful tool in the GMM toolkit is aptly named SCOUT. SCOUT is a proprietary application that allows members to poll other members in the GMM network for specific solutions. A GMM member may ask for assistance from the network by filling out a request form and submitting it to the GMM technology committee. The global village of GMM members will thus "PULL" general or specific information from the network to respond to the GMM member's inquiry. SCOUT is only available to members who have logged into Alliance Central.

Here's how it works: SAW initiates a data mining process to see if the answer is in our product and service records. If there is a match, the requestor receives an immediate reply. If the content appears to be of general interest to all members we "post" the information on the internal Alliance Central bulletin board for all members to see. If the answer is not immediately available, SAW takes the request, sanitizes it by removing the requestors name, country, or any specific identifier, and packages a SCOUT message that is sent to the entire GMM worldwide network. When the "pings" come back with answers, SAW follows the same procedures of notifying the requestor, and posting the information. SCOUT, opens a truly global resource center of past, present and future business opportunities and information gathering.
